Heart-warming ceremonies for happy days

The best ceremonies are the ones which have people belly laughing one minute and reaching for the tissues the next…

“From the first chat we had with Laura we felt we had immediately found the best person to conduct our ceremony - it was like chatting to a friend we’d known for years.”
Matt and Claire
“Our wedding ceremony was the best part of our day! It was delivered perfectly and summed us up as a couple, moved nearly all to tears and was filled with love, laughter and joy!”
Daisy and Andrew
“Laura kept us calm and reassured and delivered the ceremony with humour, warmth and class. Many of our guests said that the ceremony was the best part of the day and commented on how beautiful it was”
Sarah and Tom
"Laura took our mad ramblings and turned them into the most incredible ceremony. I'm not sure my words here can do justice to just how amazing our ceremony was; our guests (and us) were laughing, crying and feeling more love than we thought could be possible."
KELSEY AND EDWARD
So many guests told us it was the best ceremony they’d ever been to. They genuinely thought Laura was a close friends that we’d known for years! It's a testament to the wonderful work she does and the personal touches she weaves through everything."
MARK AND TASSILO
Hello! i'm Laura.

The beaming one in the white dress is me and the adorable (enormous) leaping man is my husband! And our Humanist Wedding back in 2011 was the beginning of all *this*

I’m a wedding obsessive and a serial baby squeezer (gentle of course)! I love getting to know couples and families and I’m passionate about creating ceremonies with real heart.

I’m based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, but I can’t say no to excellent people so I’m happy to travel!

What is Humanism?

In a nutshell…Humanism is about making the most of the one life we have, seeking to understand the world through logic, reason, and evidence, and treating those around us with warmth, understanding, and respect.

A Humanist ceremony is non-religious but celebrating culture, roots and heritage is absolutely encouraged! Your ceremony will feel totally welcoming and inclusive regardless of the faith or beliefs your guests may have. And you don’t necessarily have to ‘identify’ as Humanist, in order to have a Humanist ceremony yourself.
